🔹 Orders & Payments

Q1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add them to your cart, and checkout. You can pay using UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, or choose Cash on Delivery (COD).

Q2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes ✅ COD is available on most orders across India. A small handling fee may apply.

Q3. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.


🔹 Shipping & Delivery

Q4. How long does delivery take?

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Q5. How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also contact us at support@desitrolley.in with your order ID.

Q6. Do you deliver across India?
Yes ✅ we deliver to almost all pin codes in India.


🔹 Returns & Refunds

Q7. What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, and not from the non-returnable category. Check our Refund Policy for details.

Q8. How will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Q9. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at support@desitrolley.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
